Refunds and Guarantee Policy
We stand by Our Guarantee that, "If our books
aren't everything we say they are, we'll refund your money!"
Refunds, Credit or Exchange will be offered:

Where goods are
faulty
·
Where goods are
different from the descriptions given on our website or advertising material
·
You have been
sent the wrong or incorrect item
·
Do not provide the information as described in our
material or website. If you can’t find the information you are looking for and
have made an effort to find it, before requesting any refund or exchange, please
email
admin@tridentpress.com.au and we will direct you to
the information. Refunds will not be offered on the basis that you cannot locate
the information.

Physical goods
must be returned unused (100% marketable condition) within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be offered:
·
When the goods
have been used or books read and are no longer in marketable condition.
·
Where goods have
been purchased over 30 days ago.
·
When you simply
change your mind (see below)
·
When you make a
wrong decision (see below)
·
On E-books,
Ultimate CD and newsletter subscriptions, as
these products cannot be returned unused.
Credits or Exchanges May Be Offered:

When the goods
are returned in 30 days and in marketable condition as a result of an incorrect
purchase or a change of mind, at the discretion of Trident Press. This is
outside of the requirements of the law and we make this offer as a service to
Trident Press clients.

On E-books, in
certain circumstances (contact our office by email for details). This is
assessed on a case by case basis due to the rising incidences of deliberate
fraud with regards to E-book purchases.
·
When unused books
are returned within 30, but not longer than 45 days, in marketable condition.
Trident Press reserves the right to refuse to
provide further goods to any customer that has returned goods or asked for a
refund in the past.
Trident Press believes the description of our
books on our website and in our advertising material is accurate and concise. We
do not believe that any of our products have been misrepresented or described
inaccurately in any of our material.

ensure your satisfaction.
Our Refund Policy is in accordance with
the Australian Retailers Association & the Department of Commerce, NSW Office of Fair
Trading.
