A: Our offices and warehouse are located in Sydney,
so our products are rapidly distributed by Australia Post and it's International
carrier partners. Most orders are despatched within 24-48 Hours. We do suggest
you allow up to 14 days for remote and country areas and for international
delivery a little longer, perhaps 21 days.
Q: If I want to get my order quickly, what
can I do?
A: We offer Express Post (Australia only) and
EMS courier (International) options.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Our warehouse and offices are in a suburb
in southern Sydney, Australia.
Q: Do you have a shop?
A: No, we only offer mail order to keep our
overheads low and thus the cost of the books to a minimum. You can, however,
order them through any bookshop, they just may take longer to reach you because
they have to order from us anyway.

revised on a regular basis to keep it as up to date as possible. New
editions are promoted through our free newsletter "The Trident".
The edition date is listed inside the front cover. Some books aren't time
sensitive, so aren't updated as regularly.
